This image was created as part of a competition with the theme of ‘reflection’. This scene depicts a Japanese-style hut floating on a lake during sunset. I chose this as the water allowed for realistic reflections of the trees, sun and the hut.
I decided to revisit the project later on and re-render the scene with new Ray-Tracing technology. This allowed for accurate reflections that add more depth and detail to the scene.
